Double Tension System
- An innovative double spring system maintains constant tension of the fabric throughout its travel while opening and closing. It also ensures longevity in the awning’s appearance.
Innovative Closed Coupling Elbow
- A new design trend, and the future reference for arm construction.
- This new integrated system hides all tension transmitting components inside the aluminium body of the arm, protecting it from the environment.
Double Sealed Ball Bearing
- The joint of the arm is operated with two sealed ball bearings ensuring longer maintenance free life and 0db noise levels during operation.
Provides More Tension than a Standard Arm
- 20% more tension in the extended position than a standard arm.
- 50% more tension at the half open position than a standard arm.
Advanced adjustment – for ease and convenience
An advanced rack setting system has been designed for the Hercules awning so that the slope can be adjusted accurately, without dismantling any components.

Protecting a larger area

Pivoting closing system

OPERATION
Electrical Operation
Electrical Operation is standard on this model using a Somfy encoded RTS motor, with Telis l transmitter.
Automation Options
Full Somfy automation with either an Eolis RTS Wind Controller or Somfy's Soliris RTS Sun and Wind sensor with a Telis Soliris handset.
Fabric Designs
An extended choice of fabric designs is available for the Hercules from the Dickson Orchestra collection. The fabrics are made from 100% acrylic with water repellent qualities and are available in a wide variety of stylish designs.
