Access Awnings Ltd is part of the Access Garage Doors group of companies. We supply and fit manual and automatic patio awnings in addition to commercial awnings solutions throughout London and the Southern Counties operating through a network of six showrooms.
Our Suppliers – Having looked closely at the market we elected to only supply and fit awnings from leading awning manufacturer Winsol, and use automation manufactured by Somfy because both manufacturers offer a top quality range of products to suit all budgets.
More choice - Our range of patio awnings, terrace awnings and Paraflex parasols includes models to suit a wide variety of situations in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

Company History & Development
Access Garage Doors Ltd
Access Garage Doors Ltd established its first branch in 1976 at New Malden, Surrey, trading as the London Garage Door Centre. By the beginning of the new millennium, the company had grown to over 14 branches mainly located throughout London and the South, some of which are company owned and the others run as franchises under the name Garage Door Associates.
Recently we have consolidated some of our smaller branches into “Super Branches” to improve our efficiency and provide larger showrooms. Despite this consolidation, more new outlets and acquisitions in new trading areas are planned for the future, to confirm our place as "Britain's Largest Garage Door Installation Company".
What do Access Garage Doors supply?
We supply garage doors and domestic gates in standard as well as made to measure sizes and one of our specialities is the flexibility and diversity of our garage door range. The range includes steel doors, timber doors and fibreglass doors in a variety of finishes, all from leading British and European manufacturers. A wide selection of operating mechanisms and styles are available including the ever popular "Up and Over" gear in economical canopy type and superior retractable version. Also available are space saving sectional overhead doors, roller curtain doors, insulated roller doors, traditional side hinged pairs of doors, personnel access doors and sliding doors with built-in access doors. Various other combinations to suit your requirements are available including wicket doors within certain "Up and Over" models, which allow pedestrian access to the garage without opening the door.
